Malleri Croushore joined West Virginia University Athletics as the director of financial planning and analysis, data analytics and project management in September 2026.

Croushore makes the change to athletics after working with WVU Medicine in various roles since 2017. Most recently, Croushore was the manager or enterprise finance within WVU Medicine. In this role, she led her team to create business plans for both strategic and routine captial requests.

Croushore worked directly with hospital executive leadership on buisness plans, anaylsis and service line reporting to help in the decision-making process. Overall, she led a team of analysts who performed financial analysis for the entire hospital system that aided the executive leadership team develop plans for WVU Medicine.

Croushore earned a B.S. in accounting and business administration from the University of Charleston in Charleston, West Virginia. She is a native of Uniontown, Pennsylvania.
