Christy Bryan-Davis is the current coach of the West Virginia University Cheerleading Gold Team.
A native of Nutter Fort, West Virginia, Bryan-Davis has been a member of the WVU cheerleading program since 1991. A seven-year squad member (1991-98), she first served as an assistant coach beginning in 1998 before her elevation to Gold Team head coach in 2004.
Bryan-Davis also has six-years experience as an instructor for Universal Cheerleader’s Association.
Bryan-Davis earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from WVU in 1996 and a master’s degree in reading education, also from WVU, in 1998
