Charlie Kerzak joined the Mountaineer Athletic Club (MAC) within West Virginia University Athletics as an assistant director of athletics development in 2026.
Prior to joining the full-time staff with the MAC, Kerzak served as a graduate assistant for two years while earning his master's degree in sport management from WVU. He also spent four years with the WVU baseball team as a student manager and bullpen catcher and was an intern for the WVU Foundation in the Mountaineer Engagement Center.

A Morgantown native, Kerzak earned a B.S. and M.S. in sport management from WVU. He lives in Morgantown with his girlfriend, Brooke, and their dog, Stump.
