Adam McNeill joined Learfield's Mountaineer Sports Properties as a partnership solutions coordinator in June 2026 after serving as a property assistant with the organization from August 2023 to May 2026.
McNeill coordinates the activation and fulfillment of more than 150 corporate partnerships supporting West Virginia University Athletics. In this role, he works closely with corporate partners, athletic department staff and internal team members to ensure the successful execution of sponsorship agreements across digital, traditional and in-venue platforms.
While serving as a property assistant, McNeill coordinated game day activations and sponsor hospitality, developed partnership fulfillment decks and recap reports, and monitored digital signage to ensure contractual compliance across WVU football, basketball and baseball events. He also supported sponsor media events and coordinated pregame field access for WVU football games.
Prior to his current role, McNeill gained professional sports experience as a business development intern with Spire Motorsports in Mooresville, North Carolina, from May to August 2024. During his internship, he researched sports sponsorship trends, conducted prospecting and outreach to potential partners, maintained customer relationship management records, and assisted with special events, including Fan Day, which welcomed more than 1,000 fans.
McNeill earned his bachelor's degree in sport management from WVU in May 2026, with minors in business and finance.
