Raphaelle “Raphy” Greco joined Mountaineer athletics in November 2021 as an academic counselor to help provide academic guidance and support for West Virginia University’s Olympic sports athletes.
Her current role also includes organizing and implementing academic programs that contribute to the educational and personal growth of WVU’s student-athletes.
Originally from York, Pennsylvania, Greco earned her undergraduate degree in elementary education and graduate degree in higher education administration from WVU.
Prior to joining athletics, Greco worked at WVU’s downtown Visitors Center as its assistant director. She also served as an admissions counselor and was also a campus tour leader as an undergraduate student.
She resides in Morgantown with her husband, Kevin, and their Persian cat, Smudge.
