• Part of the 200-yard freestyle relay team that placed fifth at the 2024 Big 12 Swimming and Diving Championships (1:31.60)
• Part of the 400-yard freestyle relay team that placed eighth at the 2024 Big 12 Swimming and Diving Championships (3:24.08)
• Part of the 200-yard freestyle relay team that placed third against Pitt (1:36.70)

2022-23 (Junior)

• Won the 200-yard freestyle relay with Harna Minezawa, Abby Reardon and Ada Szwabinska at the West Virginia State Games
• Named to the 2023 Winter Academic All-Big 12 First Team

2021-22 (Sophomore)

• Academic All-Big 12 First Team
• Against Iowa State and Villanova, she finished sixth in the 50 free (24.42), 10th in the 100 free (54.08) and was a member of the 400 free relay (6th – 3:38.29)
• Appeared in a pair of B finals at the WVU Invitational, including the 100 fly (12th – 57.78) and the 100 free (12th – 52.08); additionally, competed in the C final of the 50 free, finishing 18th overall (24.15)
• Also, at the winter invite, Beckish was a member of the 200 free relay (5th – 1:35.90), the 200 medley relay (1:47.65) and the 400 free relay (4th – 3:27.10)
• Took seventh in the 50 free (24.64), sixth in the 100 free (54.12) and helped the 400 medley relay finish seventh (3:59.05) against PSU
• Finished third in 50 free (24.77), fourth in the 100 free (54.97) and fifth in the 100 fly (1:01.64) at the WV State Games
• Additionally, at state games, was a member of the 200 medley relay (2nd – 1:49.35), 400 free relay (2nd – 3:39.65), the 400 medley relay (4:04.25) and the 200 free relay (2nd – 1:39.45)

2020-21 (Freshman)

• Competed in a trio of C finals at Big 12 Championships, including the 50 free (23.92), the 100 fly (57.52), and the 100 free (51.86); also appeared in the 200 medley relay (1:43.98)
• Against Notre Dame, Kate was a member of the 200 free relay (3rd – 1:34.73), the 400 free relay (4th – 3:28.12), the 400 medley relay (6th – 3:54.56), and the 200 medley relay (7th – 1:48.56)
• Also swam the 50 free (7th – 24.10), the 100 fly (8th – 58.83), and the 100 free (52.72)
• Tallied a pair of fifth-place finishes at WVU’s season-opening meet at Pitt, including the 50 free (24.06) and the 100 free (52.55); also placed sixth in the 200 medley relay (1:48.75)

High School

• Attended Wren High School and swam for her mother, coach Shaun Beckish
• Swam club for Team Greenville under coach Karl Kozicki
• State champion in the 100 free in 2016 and 2018 and in the 50 free in 2019
• Served as high school team captain in 2019-20
• Recipient of the 2016 All-Star Anderson School District One award

Personal

• Daughter of Michael and Shaun Beckish
• Mother, Shaun, played collegiate and professional tennis at the University of Florida and father, Michael, played college football at Penn State
• Has two siblings
• Sister, Lauren, is a WVU Swimming and Diving alumni
