Following a two-year stint as a graduate assistant at West Virginia University, Taylor Tedesky was promoted to a full-time athletic trainer for the Mountaineer volleyball program in July 2018 and currently oversees the athletic training duties for volleyball, golf and rowing.

In her current role, her responsibilities included day-to-day care, rehabilitation and injury prevention for Mountaineer volleyball, golf and rowing athletes. She was the host athletic trainer for several tournaments, including the Mountaineers’ run in the 2017 National Invitational Volleyball Championships (NIVC).Â

Prior to her time at WVU, Tedesky spent four years as a TCU athletic training student and worked with several of the Horned Frog teams, including football, men’s basketball and swimming and diving. She also worked as a student trainer at TCU’s school of classical and contemporary dance and at Richland High in Texas.Â

A native of Little Elm, Texas, Tedesky earned her bachelor’s degree in athletic training and physical education from TCU in 2015. She received her master’s degree from WVU in 2018 in athletic training. Tedesky also is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association.Â
