"I'm incredibly honored and excited to join Gold & Blue Enterprises and have the opportunity to contribute to something that means so much to the state of West Virginia," Pearson said. "I've spent my career building businesses, developing relationships and creating opportunities, and I'm excited to bring that experience to GBE and help build something special for our student-athletes, our university and the entire Mountaineer community."
Pearson has been instrumental in launching and building two successful startup companies, helping grow both organizations from the ground up through strategic business development, sales leadership, customer relationships and revenue growth.
His accomplishments as an entrepreneur and business leader have earned him recognition as West Virginia Young Entrepreneur of the Year and as a 40 Under 40 honoree by The State Journal, recognizing his contributions to business and his leadership within the community.
He brings extensive experience in revenue generation, sales strategy, team leadership, customer development and strategic partnerships to his role with Gold & Blue Enterprises.
