MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — The Mountaineer Athletic Club (MAC) and WVU Athletics announced the launch of the Champions Circle, a new giving initiative created to support the Championship Resource Fund. Champions Circle members play a key role in advancing WVU Athletics' mission through their philanthropic giving above and beyond ticketing and seating contributions.
As the college athletics landscape continues to evolve, resources dedicated to revenue share are essential in supporting WVU's ability to compete for championships across all sports. The Champions Circle gives Mountaineer Nation a direct way to invest in that effort.
Anyone can join the Champions Circle through one of two giving options:
Champions Circle members gain access to exclusive stewardship opportunities, giving you a closer look at the programs and people your support makes possible.
"We're thrilled to launch the Champions Circle and give Mountaineer Nation a new way to invest directly in the future of WVU Athletics," Senior Associate Athletics Director/Executive Director John Patterson said. "We're asking Mountaineer Nation to join us because champions aren't built alone."
Gifts to the Champions Circle go directly toward strengthening WVU's competitive position and ensuring the athletic department has the resources needed to pursue championships in the years ahead.
For more information on joining the Champions Circle, contact the Mountaineer Athletic Club at 304-293-2294 or MAC@mail.wvu.edu or at WVUsports.com/ChampionsCircle.
