MORGANTOWN, W.Va. –
Griffin Lake of the West Virginia University rifle team made his second straight final at the ISSF Junior World Cup on Friday, turning in a seventh-place finish.
Lake scored a 590 in the qualifier to match the highest mark in the field, but qualified for the final in second after hitting 33 centers.
Jacob Wisman and Jack Ogoreuc also competed at the event. The pair each scored matching 574's as Wisman hit 24 centers to finish in 41
st place and Ogoreuc hit 21 to finish just behind.
