MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Two Mountaineers from the West Virginia University tennis team were named to the College Sports Communicators 2024-25 Academic All-District Team.
Redshirt junior
Maja Dodik and senior
Michaela Kucharova represented WVU on the list. This is the third time Kucharova has been recognized on the team and the second time for Dodik.
To be selected, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore and maintain a 3.50 cumulative GPA. Eligible nominees need to be in the lineup for 70% of the total matches played by the team that includes team scores.
