Shane Lyons Wednesday Morning Video Conference

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – West Virginia University Director of Athletics Shane Lyons, also chairman of the NCAA Division I Football Oversight Committee, said on a video conference this morning with media that he is going to remain positive that there will be a college football season this fall.
