WVU MAC to Host Charleston Scholarship Dinner

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The Mountaineer Athletic Club (MAC), along with the West Virginia University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics, presents the 2017 Charleston Scholarship Dinner, sponsored by Northeast Natural Energy.
The annual dinner will be held on Monday, April 24, at the Charleston Civic Center. A reception will be held at 5:30 p.m., at the Civic Center’s new entry way, facing the Charleston Town Center, with dinner set to being at 7 p.m. at the Civic Center Coliseum.
Attended by WVU coaches, student-athletes and administrators, the fund raiser benefits the WVU student-athlete scholarship fund and helps cover the annual cost of scholarships for more than 475 Mountaineer student-athletes.
Table sponsorships are available at $1,500 per table. Admission for nine to the reception and the dinner, a table sponsor gift item and MAC priority points are included in the sponsorship. The table’s 10th seat will be filled by a Mountaineer coach, student-athlete or administrator.
Individual tickets also are available for $150 each. Tickets grant admission to the reception and dinner. Fans also may sponsor a student-athlete meal for $75.
