Track to Participate in PSU Relays

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – After more than a month break from competition, the West Virginia University track and field team travels to State College, Pennsylvania, for the PSU Relays on Saturday, Jan. 10.
The event begins at 10 a.m., with the women’s weight throw and the mixed one-mile run and concludes with the women’s 4x400-meter relay scheduled for 5:15 p.m. Some notable schools participating include Penn State, Pitt, Princeton and Maryland.
The Mountaineers opened the indoor season with the Marty Pushkin Track Classic on Dec. 6, at the WVU Shell Building. In total, WVU had participants in five events in the early season tune-up.
