Coach Mike Carey: “I know our players are frustrated. We’re just not getting stops when we need to. I told the team after the Texas game that we’re playing hard enough to win, but we just don’t know how to win yet. Last year’s team knew how to win, this year’s team doesn’t know how to win yet. They don’t know how to get a big stop, or get a big score, or get a big rebound. Instead we’re fouling and we’re giving up offensive rebounds. Early in the game we were taking shots and it was creating fast breaks for them. We haven’t had an easy start. We had to play Texas and Oklahoma on the road, and then come back here and play Baylor. We have proved that we can play with all of them, but it just comes down to getting the players and the bodies.”
