Luck on Federal Bar Council Panel

One week Oliver Luck is out in Colorado for a college football playoff meeting, the next he’s off to Washington, D.C. to participate on a Knight Commission panel discussing health and safety initiatives in collegiate sports.
Well this week, West Virginia’s athletic director will be in New York City at the Daniel Patrick Moynihan U.S. Courthouse to participate on a panel hosted by the Federal Bar Council – The Rules of the Game: The Role of Federal Litigation in Governing Sports in the 21st Century.
The two-hour program is scheduled to begin at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday, September 18.
Among those participating on the panel include: Jodie S. Balsam, Associate Professor of Clinical Law, Director of Civil Externship Programs, Brooklyn Law School; Brook Gardiner, Senior Labor Relations Counsel for the National Football League; David Greenspan, Winston & Strawn LLP and Luck.
Moderating the discussion will be U.S. District Judge Vernon S. Broderick.
