MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University men’s basketball team will play its only exhibition game of the 2014-15 season on Sunday, Nov. 9 against Shepherd at the WVU Coliseum.
Tipoff is set for 4 p.m. Tickets are priced at $10 by visiting WVUGAME.com or by calling 1-800-WVU GAME. WVU students can log-in to their online student ticket account by clicking the Student Tickets tab on WVUGAME.com. Students will follow the same procedures as football for requesting, claiming and printing their men’s basketball tickets.
“I think the biggest thing we are looking to accomplish on Sunday is playing in the Coliseum in front of our fans,” said coach Bob Huggins. “We have so many guys who haven’t played in the Coliseum before. I think it will help eliminate the nerves and other things before we start playing real games.”
Season tickets, mini-packages and individual tickets for non-conference games are on sale at the Mountaineer Ticket Office by calling 1-800-WVU GAME or visiting WVUGAME.com.
