Rifle No. 1 for Seventh Straight Week

The West Virginia University rifle team ranks No. 1 in the College Rifle Coaches Association (CRCA) Poll for the seventh straight week.
Today's rankings are based on the last score shot by each team.
Kentucky continues to climb the poll, moving up two spots to No. 2, after defeating No. 8 Murray State, 4684-4661. Jacksonville State remains No. 3, while Air Force jumps four to No. 4.
Nebraska remains No. 5 in today’s poll. TCU drops four to No. 6 after a 4666-4563 win over No. 18 UTEP.
Alaska-Fairbanks drops one to No. 7 this week, while Murray State, Navy and Memphis complete the Top 10.
The Mountaineers (4-0, 2-0 GARC) most recently defeated Great American Rifle Conference (GARC) foe Memphis, 4718-4637, at the WVU Rifle Range, on Saturday, Nov. 8. The team will travel to two conference matches this weekend. On Saturday, Nov. 15, the Mountaineers take on No. 16 Ole Miss in West Point, New York. The team will finish its weekend at No. 12 Army on Sunday, Nov. 16.
