MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Former West Virginia great Bruce Irvin is set to participate in Super Bowl XLVIII with the Seattle Seahawks. Including Irvin, a total of 16 former Mountaineers competed in the National Football League this season. Here is a look at their accomplishments:

Adam Jones | Cincinnati Bengals

• Played in 16 games: 56 combined tackles, 14 pass defenses, three INTS, one TD, two fumble recoveries, one forced fumble

• 11 punt returns for 88 yards

Don Barclay | Green Bay Packers

•Played in 14 games (Starting all 14)

Pat McAfee | Indianapolis Colts

•Played 16 games: 76 Punts for 3,499 yards (46.0 average - tied for 12th best in league)

•4 tackles

J.T. Thomas | Jacksonville Jaguars

•Played in 15 games: 23 combined tackles, a forced fumble and a blocked kick

Ryan Mundy | New York Giants

•Played in every game: 77 combined tackles (career-high for single season), one sack, one fumble recovery

•One interception, returned for 91 yards, and one pass defense

Ellis Lankster | New York Jets

•Played in 15 games: 18 combined tackles

Darius Reynaud | New York Jets

•Played in seven games with Titans and two with Jets: Had one carry and one reception for four yards

•15 kickoff returns for 355 yards with Titans. 3 kickoff returns for 75 yards with Jets

•Also recorded a tackle with Titans

Geno Smith | New York Jets

•Played in every game: 247-443 for 3,046 yards and 12 TDs

•72 rushes for 366 yards and six touchdowns

•18 total TDs, while leading Jets to eight wins

Najee Goode | Philadelphia Eagles

•Played in 14 games: Scored on touchdown on special teams.

•Had 21 combined tackles and a fumble recovery, as well as three pass defenses

Terence Garvin | Pittsburgh Steelers

•Played in 15 games: recorded 11 combined tackles.

Will Johnson | Pittsburgh Steelers

•Played in 15 games: 8 receptions for 11 yards and one TD.

Bruce Irvin | Seattle Seahawks

•Played in 12 games: 40 combined tackles, two sacks, one forced fumble, one interception

Tavon Austin | St. Louis Rams

•Played in 13 games: 6 total TDs

•40 receptions for 418 yards and 4 TDs

•9 rushes for 151 yards and one TD

•33 punt returns for 280 yards and one TD

•18 kickoff returns for 398 yards

Stedman Bailey | St. Louis Rams

•Played 16 games: 17 receptions for 226 yards

•2 rushes for 33 rushes and one TD

•Recorded 7 total tackles on special teams

Keith Tandy | Tampa Bay Buccaneers

•Played in 16 games: 40 combined tackles

•One forced fumble, one fumble recovery and 3 pass defenses

Chris Neild | Washington Redskins

•Played in 8 games: 6 combined tackles
