MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University swimming and diving teams host Cincinnati, James Madison, and Villanova in the WVU Invite on Oct. 25-26 at the WVU Natatorium.
The Friday session will begin at 4 p.m., while the final two sessions on Saturday will begin at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
“This weekend is the third of three weeks of racing and will give the staff a good indication of what we need to do for training over the next few months,” said coach Vic Riggs. “Cincinnati, James Madison and Villanova always provide good competition and I'm looking for our teams to respond by making the adjustments from the previous two meets.”
The teams will wear pink swim caps this weekend to support breast cancer awareness, and all fans in attendance are encouraged to wear pink.
Last week, both teams fell at Penn State, with the women’s team falling 152-102, while the men’s team lost 161-127.
Live stats will be available through the MeetMobileApp, which is available to both Apple and Android users.
A full recap of all the action will be available on WVUsports.com.
