Maryland Award Winners

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University football coaching staff has named its award winners for outstanding performance in the Mountaineers’ 31-21 win against Maryland on Saturday, Sept. 22.
Offensive Champion – Tavon Austin; Defensive Champion – Jorge Wright; Special Teams Champion – Cody Clay; Offensive Scout Champion – Maurice Zereoue; Defensive Scout Champion – Nana Twum Agyire.
West Virginia (3-0) faces Baylor (3-0) on Saturday, Sept. 29, at Milan Puskar Stadium in the Mountaineers’ first-ever Big 12 Conference game at Noon. The game will be televised live on FX.
