Women’s Basketball Up in Polls

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia women’s basketball team has moved up to No. 12 in this week’s Associated Press poll and No. 14 in the USA Today Sports Top 25 poll.
The Mountaineers (3-0) return to the court as they travel to the FIU Thanksgiving Classic in Miami, Fla. WVU will face LSU in the first round at 8 p.m., on Friday, Nov. 23, and will advance to face either Florida International or Iowa on Sunday, Nov. 25.
