WVU Alaska Trip

The No. 2-ranked West Virginia University team concluded its undefeated (9-0, 4-0 GARC) fall season with a historical trip to the University of Alaska-Fairbanks last weekend. The two squads are the winningest in NCAA history, as they account for a combined 24 NCAA titles; the Mountaineers own a nation-best 14 championships.
The Mountaineers scored two victories over the Nanooks, winning 4719-4670 and 4716-4651.
While the weekend was an official business trip for WVU, the team also was able to squeeze in some fun moments, too. Take a look at these pictures, submitted by senior Petra Zublasing, and check back in January when the team continues its march toward its 15th national championship.
