West Virginia guard Casey Mitchell put his shooting stroke on display at last weekend’s Portsmouth Invitational, averaging 23.3 points per game, including a tournament-high 30 points in the third-place game against Portsmouth Sports Club. Mitchell made 13 of 21 from the floor in his final performance.
