Men's Soccer: WVU Ranked No. 25

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The WVU men’s soccer team was ranked No. 25 in this week’s SoccerTimes.com poll released yesterday.
The Mountaineers went 1-1 last week, defeating BIG EAST foe Cincinnati, 1-0, on Saturday evening. WVU previously fell 2-0 to James Madison on the road last Wednesday. Freshman forward Andy Bevin scored his sixth goal of the season in the win over Cincinnati and continues to lead the Mountaineers in goals and points. Bevin is currently second in the BIG EAST in goals and is ranked 24th nationally.
WVU will return home to Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium on Saturday, Oct. 8, with a match against No. 13 Georgetown. The game will kickoff at 7:30 p.m.
