Women's Basketball: Tickets On Sale Monday

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. -- West Virginia University Ticket Manager Debby Travinski announced today that 2009-10 women’s basketball season tickets will go on sale Monday, Sept. 28.
Season tickets for WVU’s 16-game home schedule, which includes the potential of more games in the Preseason WNIT, will cost $90 each for lower level reserved seating in the WVU Coliseum. WVU faculty and staff can purchase up to six tickets at a discounted rate of $72. Season tickets can be purchased by calling 1-800-WVU GAME or online at WVUGAME.com.
WVU will play host to 2009 NCAA tournament participants Fresno State, DePaul, Pitt, Villanova, Rutgers and national runner-up Louisville in conference play as well as WNIT participants Georgetown and Marquette.
WVU will play host to Glenville State on Sunday, Nov. 8, in an exhibition game before opening regular season play with a home contest against Towson on Friday, Nov. 13, in opening round action of the Preseason WNIT.
