MORGANTOWN, W.Va. -The West Virginia University football coaching staff has named its award winners for the Colorado game this past Thursday.
Offensive Champion - Pat White, Ryan Stanchek and Noel Devine; Defensive Champion - Scooter Berry, Quinton Andrews, Mortty Ivy; Special Teams Champion - Ellis Lankster; Offensive Scout Champion - Matt Lindamood; Defensive Scout Champion - Joe Rhein; Special Teams Scout Champion - None; Hammer Award - None.
West Virginia plays host to Marshall this Saturday, Sept. 27, 2008, at 3:30 p.m., at Mountaineer Field at Milan Puskar Stadium (60,000) in the “Friends of Coal Bowl”. The game will be televised on the BIG EAST Network.
