Women's Basketball: WVU Falls to No. 13

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – West Virginia University’s women’s basketball team (20-4, 9-2) fell two spots to No. 13 in the Associated Press Top 25 poll, released today. The Mountaineers received 657 points.

Five other BIG EAST teams are ranked in the weekly poll: No. 1 Connecticut, No. 5 Rutgers, No. 14 Notre Dame, No. 22 Syracuse and No. 23 Pitt.

West Virginia returns to action, Tuesday, Feb. 19, at 7 p.m., when it takes on the Cincinnati Bearcats (11-13, 2-10) at Fifth-Third Arena.

Graduation photos are being offered at Milan Puskar Stadium in May 2026 at certain rates.
