Football: Award Winners for UConn

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University coaching staff has named its award winners for outstanding play in the 35-13 win at Connecticut this past Saturday.
Offensive Champion – Pat White, Dorrell Jalloh; Defensive Champion – the entire defense: Chris Neild, Doug Slavonic, Scooter Berry, Mortty Ivy, Anthony Leonard, J.T. Thomas, Sidney Glover, Robert Sands, Quinton Andrews, Ellis Lankster and Brandon Hogan; Special Teams Champion – Adam Hughes, Brandon Hogan; Offensive Scout Champion – Ryan Nehlen; Defensive Scout Champion – Josh Contraguerro.
The No. 20/23 Mountaineers (6-2, 3-0 BIG EAST) welcome Cincinnati (6-2, 2-1 BIG EAST) to Mountaineer Field at Milan Puskar Stadium on Saturday, Nov. 8, at 7 p.m., for a BIG EAST Conference match-up. The game will be televised by ESPNU.
