Men's Basketball: WVU Back in Both Polls

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – West Virginia made a return to both the Associated Press and ESPN/USA Today college basketball polls this week. The Mountaineers are ranked 23rd in this week’s AP poll and 22nd in the Coaches’ Poll.
West Virginia's last appearance in both polls was on Jan. 8, when it was 21st in both. Tonight’s opponent Georgetown moved up to 14th in the AP poll and 16th in the Coaches’ Poll. The Mountaineers are one of four Big East teams in this week’s Top 25 joining Pitt, Marquette and the Hoyas.
The West Virginia-Georgetown game is set to get underway at 8 pm. Fans can access MSN’s live Internet coverage through CSTV All-Access beginning with The Mountaineers Today at 7:30 pm.
