Women's Basketball: WVU No. 13 in Coaches' Poll

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – West Virginia University’s nationally ranked women’s basketball team moved up three spots to No. 13 in the latest ESPN/USA Today Coaches’ Poll with 366 points, released today.
WVU (7-1) was ranked No. 16 last week in the poll, receiving 285 points. The Mountaineers also moved up two spots to No. 13 in the Associated Press poll released yesterday.
Other ranked BIG EAST schools in the Coaches’ poll include No. 2 Connecticut, No. 3 Rutgers, No. 16 DePaul and No. 20 Notre Dame.
West Virginia is back in action Friday, Dec. 7, at 7 p.m., at Duquesne, at the A.J. Palumbo Center in Pittsburgh, Pa.
