Cross Country: Schedule Change

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The No. 19 West Virginia University cross country team will not participate in the Golden Flash Invitational hosted by Kent State this weekend.

The team will next race at the BIG EAST Championship in Louisville, Ky., on Saturday, Oct. 27.

WVU is coming off a win at the National Open a week ago. The Mountaineers had three top 10 finishers and won the 6K race hosted by Penn State in University Park, Pa. WVU sophomore Marie-Louise Asselin was the race’s individual champion out of the 278 competitors.
