Women's Soccer: Spring Season Continues Saturday

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - The West Virginia University women’s soccer team continues its spring season with a 2 p.m., match Saturday, April 1 versus Michigan.
The match will be played Folt Field in Strongsville, Ohio, and all proceeds will benefit the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
Last weekend, the Mountaineers downed Penn State, 2-0, behind goals from Ashley Banks and Kiley Harris. Goalkeepers Lana Bannerman, Mallory Beck and Stephanie Baugh combined for the shutout.
West Virginia will continue its spring competition next weekend when it plays host to the Betty Puskar Breast Care Center tournament on Saturday, April 8. The Mountaineers will conclude their spring season by playing host to Ohio State on Saturday, April 22.
