Men's Basketball: Practice to Begin

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - The West Virginia University men’s basketball team will start the 2006-07 season on Friday, Oct. 13, with the Mountaineers’ first official practice at the WVU Coliseum.
Practice will be open to the public and admission is free. The Mountaineers will begin practice between 9-9:30 p.m., following WVU’s volleyball match against Pitt. Doors will open at 6 p.m., and the volleyball match will begin at 7 p.m.
The men’s basketball team advanced to the Sweet 16 last season and begins its fifth season under coach John Beilein.
