Men's Basketball: Two WVU Games on ESPN Classic

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Two of West Virginia University’s recent NCAA tournament basketball games will appear on ESPN Classic Television, the network announced today.
A total of nine classic games will air during a 17-hour block from 9 am to 12 am this Saturday, April 9.
The Mountaineers’ 111-105 double-overtime win over Wake Forest will air at noon and will be followed by WVU’s overtime regional final loss to Louisville that will be televised at 6 pm.
Other games schedule for broadcast include Vermont-Syracuse (9 am), Bucknell-Kansas (10:30 am), Arizona-Oklahoma State (2 pm), Michigan State-Tennessee women (4 pm), North Carolina-Illinois (8 pm), Michigan State-Kentucky (10 pm) and Illinois-Arizona (12 am).
“These were timeless games that highlighted the drama, intensity and emotion that sports hold – and that makes them perfect Instant Classics,” said Jodi Markley, senior vice president, international production, ESPN Classic and ESPNEWS.
In Morgantown, Mountaineer fans can access ESPN Classic on Adelphia channel 131.
Charter cable subscribers in Charleston including Putnam County, St. Albans, Wayne and Milton can watch the games on channel 28; Parkersburg area Charter subscribers including those living in Pt. Pleasant, Jackson County, New Martinsville and St. Mary's can watch the replays on channel 109.
Charter Digital Sports Tier subscribers in the Beckley area including Lewisburg, Princeton and Oak Hill can view the games on channel 307 while the Logan Digital Sports Tier subscribers, including Williamson, Mingo County and Eastern Kentucky, can see the games on channel 28.
