MORGANTOWN, W.Va. -- West Virginia University basketball fans can welcome the team home Sunday evening, March 27, at 6:30 pm inside the WVU Coliseum.
The Mountaineers made an improbable run to the Elite Eight of the NCAA tournament, defeating Creighton, Wake Forest and Texas Tech before falling in overtime against Louisville.
West Virginia defeated a school record eight nationally ranked teams this year and finished the season with a 24-11 record.
