Football: WVU 13th in Both Polls

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – West Virginia moved up two spots in the USA Today/ESPN Coaches Top 25 Poll to 13th and three spots to 13th in the AP Top 25 Poll, released today.
West Virginia is coming off a 38-0 whitewash of Cincinnati on the road to improve its record to 8-1 with games remaining against Pitt and South Florida. West Virginia has now been ranked six straight weeks in the USA Today/ESPN poll and five straight weeks in the AP poll.
Big East member Louisville advanced to 18th in both polls after its 56-5 victory over Rutgers on Thursday night. South Florida is receiving votes in the AP poll.
West Virginia returns to action on Thanksgiving night taking on 5-5 Pitt at Milan Puskar Stadium. The game will be televised nationally on ESPN.
