Volleyball: Mountaineers Travel to Youngstown St.

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (October 17, 2005) - The West Virginia University volleyball team travels to Youngstown State to face the Penguins on Tuesday, Oct. 18, at 7:30 p.m., in Youngstown, Ohio.
The Mountaineers (13-8, 2-5 BIG EAST) look to rebound after suffering a loss to Pitt on Friday, Oct. 14. Freshman Lisa Hough recorded a career-high 12 kills, second to senior Julie Hockenson's 14. Kailee Goold continues to pace the West Virginia offense as she had her 14th double-double of the season with 41 assists and 10 digs.
Youngstown State (7-12, 0-7) comes off a 3-0 loss to Loyola on Saturday, Oct. 15. Senior Crystal Duncan and juniors Cari Leslie and Tracy Obonna each tallied seven kills while senior Angie Pasquinelli recorded a double-double with 29 assists and 15 digs.
