MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - Super Soccer Sunday, in its ninth year, will be held at the WVU Soccer Practice field on Sunday, October 3, beginning at 9:30 a.m.
This year’s festivities include a 3 vs. 3 tournament for area youth as well as a skills clinic put on by former Mountaineer women’s soccer players.
Check in begins at 9:30 a.m., and all games will be played between 10 a.m. and noon. Registration for the 3 vs. 3 tournament is closed, but the clinic is free and open to the public.
The WVU Soccer Practice Field is located behind the tennis courts and adjacent to Hawley Field.
Following the morning’s events, Super Soccer Sunday will continue with a men’s and women’s soccer double header. At 1 p.m., the 20th-ranked women’s soccer team will play host to Syracuse at Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium. The Mountaineer men’s team will then face Longwood at 3:30 p.m.
