MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - West Virginia University intends to withdraw its offer for an athletic grant-in-aid to Raymond Williams pending the outcome of his legal proceedings.
"This is a very tragic situation," said WVU football coach Rich Rodriguez. "We share in the shock of the recent tragedy with his teammates, coaches and school officials in Cleveland."
