MORGANTOWN, W.Va. -- West Virginia University will play its annual Gold-Blue spring football game for 2004 on Saturday, April 17, at Mountaineer Field at Milan Puskar Stadium. Kickoff is set for 12:30 p.m., with an on-field autograph session to follow.
The mid-day intrasquad scrimmage will conclude WVU’s spring football drills. Again this year, proceeds from the Gold-Blue Game will benefit WVU Children’s Hospital. The Mountaineers have donated more than $417,000 to Children’s Hospital during the past 19 years.
