Men's Basketball: Herber Cited for Academics

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – West Virginia University men's basketball sophomore Johannes Herber has been named to the 2003-04 College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-District II men's basketball first team.
A political science major with a 4.00 GPA, Herber is a two-year starter for the Mountaineers, averaging 8.5 points and 3.9 rebounds per game this season.
Herber, a native of Darmstadt, Germany, is now a candidate for Academic All-American honors.
