Men's Basketball: Single Game Tix on Sale

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Single game tickets for the 2004-05 West Virginia University men's basketball season will go on sale Monday, Nov. 8, through the Mountaineer Ticket Office.
Single game tickets for home games against BIG EAST teams are $17 each and $15 each for non-conference games. For ticket information, call 1-800-WVU GAME, stop by the Mountaineer Ticket Office in the WVU Coliseum or go online to WVUGAME.com.
Several promotions are also available to Mountaineer fans. The George Washington (Dec. 29), Boston College (Jan. 16) and Seton Hall (Feb. 20) games will be Family Days; a family of four will receive four game tickets, four drinks, four hot dogs and a bucket of popcorn for $45.
The James Madison (Dec. 18) and Providence (Feb. 9) games will be Dairy Mart High Five contests; fans can stop by any Morgantown area Dairy Mart and receive a coupon for $5 admission to those games.
The WVU men's and women's teams will play two doubleheaders this season. On Saturday, Dec. 4, the women will play Duquesne at 5 p.m, followed by the men's game against Radford. On Saturday, Dec. 11, the women will play Coppin State at noon, followed by the men's game against Coppin State. Tickets for each doubleheader are $15.
Season tickets are still on sale at the Mountaineer Ticket Office. The price of a season ticket is $210, a savings of $16 versus the cost of purchasing each ticket individually.
The popular Six-Pack Flex Plan will again be offered. Fans can purchase six coupons good for any game on the schedule for just $55. All six coupons may be used for one game, or at six different games.
The Mountaineers will play host to the University of Panamericana in an exhibition game on Monday, November 15, in the WVU Coliseum at 7 p.m. Tickets for the exhibition game are priced at $5. West Virginia opens the regular season at home on Saturday, November 20, against Saint Peter's at 7 p.m.
