Nebraska holds a 7-1 advantage all-time over West Virginia in a series that began in 1980. The lone WVU win came in 2002, a 31-20 Mountaineer victory in Morgantown.
Nebraska finished fifth at the 2004 NCAA Championships with four Huskers earning All-America honors. They return three All-Americans in Matt Murray (141), Travis Shufelt (159) and Jacob Klein (165).
The Mountaineers are led by two-time NCAA champion Greg Jones. The senior is coming off his third NWCA All-Star Classic victory with a 3-2 decision over Iowa's Paul Bradley.
West Virginia next travels to Las Vegas, Nev., to compete in the two-day Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational on Dec. 3-4.
