Volleyball: WVU Set for Big East Opener

Morgantown, W.Va. - The West Virginia University volleyball team ends their 13-match road trip on Oct. 9-10 when travel to take on St. Peter's and BIG EAST foe St. John's.
The Mountaineers (11-7) travel to Jersey City, N.J., on Saturday, Oct. 9, to play St. Peter's before taking on St. John's on Sunday, Oct. 10, in Jamaica, N.Y.
West Virginia's match with St. John's marks its first BIG EAST match of the season and the last road match they will play until Saturday, Nov. 6, when they travel to take on Seton Hall.
WVU begins a seven match home stand on Friday, Oct. 15, when they host Providence.
West Virginia's contest against St. Peter's begins at 2 p.m. while their match with St. John's is scheduled to start at 3 p.m.
