WVU Facility Rental Guidelines

West Virginia University offers a variety of venues available to the public for events such as banquets, receptions, meetings, lectures, or conferences. The north end zone building at Mountaineer Field at Milan Puskar Stadium offers many different rooms to the potential customer.
The rates are listed below, as are the sizes of each room housed within the building, in order to provide proper accommodations for your guests.

Food Service
Sodexho Sport and Leisure Services provides all food services within Mountaineer Field at Milan Puskar Stadium. They offer a wide variety of menus
as well as pouring rates for alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, and/or champagne
only). Arrangements for all linens can also be made through Sodexho.

Rental Period
The rental period for all events is for a four-hour time block. This includes
the time the Space will be available for your event (does not include time to
set up or tear down). All events must conclude by midnight. The rental fee
includes all clean up fees.
Scheduling
Events are not scheduled in the north end zone building the day prior to, the
day of, or the day after a home football game.

Facility Policies
- Items may not be suspended or secured from the ceiling or light
- Adhesives are not permitted on anything in the building (including on
fixtures, walls, ceilings, lights, windows, etc.
- Events are not permitted to utilize the game field, concourses, stadium
seating areas, or press box for any reason.
- Scoreboards and video boards are not available.
- Guests will not have access to the bar area if any in the Space without
employment of Sodexho to operate the area.
- The entire north end zone building is a smoke free facility. Please insure
that all guests use the appropriate receptacles found adjacent to most outer
doors for the disposal of cigarettes and other such products.
- Outdoor events utilizing the plaza area will require the employment of
security personnel by Contemporary Services Corporation and/or West Virginia
University Department of Public Safety.
- Should an event desire the stadium lights to be on for the duration of
their event, the fee is $38 per hour in addition to the rental fees.
- Individual suite usage is permitted only by suite owners.
- Parking is located adjacent to the north ticket booth after 5 p.m.
Monday-Friday and all day on weekends.
- Upon reservation, 50 percent of the total, non-refundable rental fee is
due. The remainder of the fee is due seven calendar days prior to the
scheduled event date.
- A damage deposit of $500 is also due seven calendar days prior to the
scheduled event date; This fee will be held until the conclusion of the event
and returned provided no damages are incurred.
- Events of a certain size will require onsite security, which will be at Athletics’ discretion on an event-by-event basis. Additional fees will be required.
