MORGANTOWN, W.Va. -- The West Virginia University coaching staff has selected its award winners for outstanding play in the 27-6 win over Syracuse.
Offensive Champion - JASON COLSON; Defensive Champion - BEN LYNCH; Special Teams Champion - MIKE LORELLO and THANDI SMITH; Offensive Scout Champion - CODY TOMINACK; Defensive Scout Champion - DOUG SLAVONIC; Special Teams Scout Champion - BEN CLEMMONS.
The 6-1 Mountaineers visit Rutgers for a noon game Saturday that will be televised by ESPN Regional as the BIG EAST game of the week.
