MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Season tickets for West Virginia's 2004-05 basketball season will go on sale Monday, October 4, at the Mountaineer Ticket Office.
The Mountaineers will play 14 games at the WVU Coliseum, including eight BIG EAST contests and nine weekend games. BIG EAST conference rivals Connecticut, Pitt, Boston College, Notre Dame, Providence, Seton Hall, Rutgers and St. John's, plus six additional non-conference teams, will all visit Morgantown this season.
The price of a season ticket is $210. It is a savings of $16 versus the cost of purchasing each ticket individually.
Mountaineer Athletic Club members and past season ticket holders must order their tickets by November 1 to reserve priority seating. Order forms are being mailed to MAC members and past season ticket holders. Faculty/staff can purchase up to six season tickets at the discounted price of $168 each.
The popular Six-Pack Flex Plan will again be offered. Fans can purchase six coupons good for any game on the schedule for just $55. All six coupons may be used for one game, or at six different games.
To order 2004-05 season tickets or any of the packages, call 1-800-WVU GAME or visit the Mountaineer Ticket Office in the WVU Coliseum. Single game tickets will go on sale November 8.
