MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - The WVU swimming and diving team will compete against BIG EAST foe Connecticut on Saturday, Jan. 31, at the WVU Natatorium, for their last dual meet of the 2003-04 season.
Seniors Can Eter, Kleyton Franca, Lee Ann Johnston and Travis Watson will be honored prior to the beginning of the meet, which is scheduled to start at noon.
The Mountaineer men's team (5-5) and women's team (3-8) were swept by Virginia Tech last weekend in Morgantown despite several outstanding swims.
After Saturday's meet, WVU will continue to train for the BIG EAST Championships, held at the Nassau County Aquatics Center in Uniondale, N.Y., on Feb. 19-21.
