Football: BIG EAST Announces Sites

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. -- West Virginia University will play three home and three away BIG EAST conference games during the 2004 football season, conference officials have announced.

The Mountaineers will host Boston College, Syracuse and Temple next season at Mountaineer Field. WVU will travel to BIG EAST games at Connecticut, Rutgers and Pitt in 2004.

West Virginia opens its 2003 season on Saturday, August 30, in a noon game against nationally ranked Wisconsin at Mountaineer Field. For ticket information, call 1-800-WVU GAME.
